I got my new intake O rings in the mail on Monday. Got up this morning a took my carbs out again! I did what Little Beaver suggested and cleaned the jets again making sure to unclog the hole in the center of each. I then set the float levels and reinstalled them. The bike started right up. I took the choke off right away and it was still running at 300RPM. Turned the idle down to 1000RPM and she purred like a kitten. I just got done syncing the carbs and turned it down to under 900RPM it runs smooth as glass! I'm going to get timing belts before I drive it because it sat for 5 years! Today was a huge breakthrough in getting her running right! Thanks to all for the advice and help! You guys are the best!

Congratulations, its always nice to hear when someone gets an older wing running well. Good idea to change the belts, then go ride her before the snow sets in!! :D
