Brake pedal adjustment

Postby CapnDenny1 » Wed Mar 17, 2010 12:46 pm

I posted my question on the CLassic Goildwing site about adjusting the brake pedal height. I got one reply that said, sure no problem just fiddle with it. Then I thought about checking the Goldwing Doc's site. Bingo, as part of your procedure on rear master cylinder repair you have lots of pics and even a blurb on how to adjust the pedal height without dissasembling anything. You are the MAN! As stupid as Honda is about wanting their precious manuals protected, the real value of this site is your detailed repair procedures, with pictures and explanations far better than anything I've ever seen in one of their STINKING manuals.

I'm thrilled to hear things like this. It takes me about twice as long to do a lot of things on my bike, because I am stopping to take pictures as I go, but knowing that it helps people out with their own maintenance, makes it all worthwhile. Thanks!
