weep holes in mfflers

weep holes in mfflers
My 1100 has solid mufflers. Should I drill drip holes in the mufflers to try to slow down the rust out?

had every year from 75 to 83

No..always run until hot to burn off water vapor and you'll be fine..unless you live near the ocean or in a wet place or buy crappy gas.
