speakers on 82 aspencade

first i want to connect an i phone usb cord to the existing speakers of my aspencade.how do i get the speaker covers off or find the speaker wires and is it possible to combine 1982 technology with 2013 technology-could use some help

take the fairing turn signals off the front of the fairing. You will see 4 acorn nuts that hold the speakers on. Be careful you do not drop the nuts after you unscrew them. I must have three at the bottomof my fairing now.

As to the compatablity of present day electronics to this ancient equipment is somone elses forte.

I found a handful of various fasteners when I shook my fairing upside down...


My wife is the greatest - she won't let me sell my bike - I'm less grumpy when I ride...
