Red light on rear suspension

Postby steve 302 » Sat May 11, 2013 10:47 am

I finally got my 81 1100i up and running. Took my first ride this morning. My question is when I turned out of driveway the red light came on. It has progressive shocks so the air lines are disconnected. Do I have a problem or is there a sensor I need to disconnect.

The pressure sensor has 1 wire on it.It's near the original air valve.Disconnect it and the light stays off.

Thank you very much. Wanted to make sure I wasn't riding a death trap.

I do hope the red light is the low air pressure light and not the low OIL pressure light in the middle.
