1982 GL1100 carb or plenum prob?

Hello, I have a 1982 GL1100. I have spark to all cylinders but #2 & #3 are not firing. What should I look for?

2 and 3 are on opposite sides and connected to different coils so the only thing left is either low compression (below 90 psi) or no fuel getting to them.....
At the bottom of each carb is a drain screw....Stuff a rag down there and crack them open...About a small shot glass full of gas should drain from each one.
If there is gas in the bowl,spark and compression above 110psi the cylinder should fire IF the fuel is actually getting through the jets....Yes they can be plugged up....
I did have one carb that had an accumulation of water in it.Nastied it right up too.
Hand cleaning was all that was needed,then a good sync.

Thanks for the reply. I Plan to pull the carbs clean & inspect them.
