Radiator cap

Does any one know what the PSI for the radiator cap for a 1982 GL1100I is I never had any problem with the cooling system till I changed the cap the one the parts store gave me is 13 psi and it does'nt hold I road 22 miles and when I got back it was leaking antifreeze around the drain tube buy the cap .
Oh ya I posted a picture of this 3 year build let me know what you think.

Are you sure that you put it on correctly , two notches? The pressure cap for these engines suit a 13 PSI pressure and the manual states that the radiator should not be tested over 14 PSI
