Saddlebag/trunk gasket glue

Any recommendations for securing the saddlebag and the trunk gaskets? I bought Shoo Goo for the job but I thought I'd ask here before using it.

I got a tube of black PERMATEX adhesive at Auto Zone. Works great,,, just don't over do it as it can be messy to clean up the excess. 3 years and no problems so far.

best ive used is gorilla glue, but be careful, dont let it come out too fast or you'll wind up getting your fingers stuck together or the glue will run down where you dont want it.
