Yeah..I guess with a right angle JIS screw driver you might be able to drop a bowl but not easy to get at. Why do you think it's stuck?

fuel coming out overflow!! Should I drop bowl - then just pick up on float a few times lightly- re assemble and see what happens?

There is no overflow on 1100 carbs..but if they are overfilling could be stuck float or bad float needle seat or bad float needle tip or crud in the seat or bad o rings ..most likely bad float needle tip.

Put bike on level ground, take air box off run the engine look into the plenum if you see fuel pooling figure out where..from carb(s),o rings or center gasket.

Pull the carbs, take the caps off, note switch on goes to which carb cap and slide, level the carbs on a bench and then test with fuel source hung above..leaking from jets = float..needle, seat etc issue.

Make sure your gas cap vents are not plugged, sometimes this will cause overflow. Regards, Johnyy
