I have a 83 1100 standard and wonder if there is a source for the factory decals on the frame. :?:

Not from OEM. If you have images in computer files, there are plenty of places on the web that will make up decals from your image files.

I will have to do a search but yes there is a place that makes most of the decals for restoration.

Didn't take long. http://kz900.com/decals/decals-honda-goldwing.html
They may have what you need.

If you are looking for the stirpes for the bike-
check out a good hobby shop. I found mine that matched the 2 different width stripes for my 83 intestate.
I sanded down to the stirpes, cleaned with a cleaner. The tape/stirpes come with 2 clear on front and back. put the tape on putting the back on first and then take a shrp knife and peel the front off --thast is the one mother honda left on and after 30 years is cracking.
then I sprayed 2-3 coats of claer coat on the entire surface.
I got the tape for aboput 3 bucks. When I did the curves I cut the 2 stripes apart at the curve and could do the curve one stripe at a time.

This is how my saddlebag top came out
