Any chance it came in from hosing it down?
If my 83 stood in a downpour rain, the top shelter lid would perfectly channel the water into the airbox and directly fill one cylinder with water!

Now If it's antifreeze, you have at least a blown head gasket. How's the level in the radiator.???

First off - I assume the bike will run, correct or not? If so, does the bike smoke all the time? More info please. Regards, Johnyy

Yes there is smoke stops after running a couple of minutes hard to keep running until it stops smoking then runs fine until you try to start it. The no. 1 cylinder fills back up with water. I have to remove the spark plug turn it over to get the water out before it will start up again.

Head gasket needs replacing. Use an EOM gasket not a cheap alternative and ensure the head bolts are torqued down properly.
