cold start

What recipe do I have to follow to cold start my 1100 at 5 deg c ?

had every year from 75 to 83

Full choke, well charged battery..1/2 throttle and then pump a little.
HAD LOTS OF GOLDWING 75-83
NOW INTO 1500'S..RIDING A 1998 SE
