1983 fuse box acc. + & - screws/terminals

These are the two terminal screws neg. and pos. that sit outside the fuse box, they will tighten a connector down fine but they/the terminal's will still move around. Hope this explains it alright.
Is that OK are they all like that???

The "keeper" is mounted in plastic for insulating.Loose is fine as long as the metal has a good clean tight connection and the whole thing stays captive in place.

Mine is also like that and I always wondered if it was right or not. Now I know it is good to go.
