Progressive Springs

I have a 82 aspencade.I like to put some progressive springs on the rear.I can't figure out which ones i need.Any help would be appreciated.

I found 2 springs that should fit. 105/150/pr & 120/170 pr.What is difference between them?

One is reg, the other is heavy duty/stiffer.
Current:82 GL1100 Interstate, 60 Amp Poorboy, MSD coil
Previous: 93 GSX1100F Katana
82 GL500 Silverwing
