Rebuilding markland bumper lights w/ w1895 bulbs

Postby zeusmann » Mon May 12, 2014 11:13 am

Title says it. I'm needing to find where to get the connectors to rebuild a couple of the lights on my bumper. They take w 1895 bulbs.
The part I need is the little metal piece that makes connection to the end of the bulb.
Anyone have any ideas of where to get them or what to use that wont pop my fuse?

Can you post a picture of the front and rear of the bumper light? I think I know what you need.

If you cannot get the bulbs you can rebuild the light bar with these units, I used the same ones when I rebuilt the light bars on my 1988 HD Dresser.

I thought that's what they were. I replaced mine with replacement light/lens units from TaillightKing, same thing as JC Whitney, at $10/apiece instead of JC Whitney's $28/apiece. I posted about it here: Help Needed - Bumper Light Upgrade

If you can show me exactly what you are needing I might be of help. I have a busted bumper in my junk pile. It may have what you need. How many are you needing?
