I have an 81 gl1100 when you go more than half throttle no matter what speed or rpm it will stammer and stutter very badly!! other than that it runs great ,so far I have tried carbs [four different sets ] new igniters, coils, spark plugs, plug wires! does anyone have any idea whats wrong with this bike

Does it bog down like it is not getting enough fuel, or does it miss like it isn't getting enough spark?

Seems like the only thing you haven't touch is the ignition/advancer....maybe it's slow to react???

A lot of the time when an engine starts to miss when under load, regardless of engine RPM, the problem is electrical: the spark is not strong enough. If it is bogging down like it's running out of fuel, you might have a fuel restriction, but if it is sudden, missing, and can be fixed instantly by releasing throttle pressure, it's likely spark. First thing to do is check/replace the plugs.

How bout the vacuum advance too...
As I recall...The manual is more accurate but....
Static ignition timing is around 10* BTDC.....
As I remember,it changes somewhere like this...
Idle...10*BTDC
mechanical advance increase the timing to 23*BTDC around 2500 RPM.
Vacuum canister increases the timing to around 35* BTDC at 3500 RPM.
The vacuum line has NO vacuum at a idle...It goes from zero to about 5" at 3500 rpm...

it seems I had a few problems compounding into one first I took out a set of e3-36 diamond fire plugs and put in a set of ngk's that helped so then I started checking basics and found a very clogged fuel filter changed it and that helped finally I found the left hand coil was cracked not sure why it is brand new so I installed one of the old coils and the old bike is running like a new one THANK YOU ALL FOR SO MUCH HELP
