Clutch rebuild question

Postby robertdawber » Thu Jun 26, 2014 9:21 pm

The manual says 7ft pounds when replacing the lifter plate-this great article on how to remove and replace the the clutch (while on the bike) says 87-121 pounds-which is correct? Any help would be great!

That web site says 87-121 INCH pounds, not foot pounds. 87 in-lb is 7.25 ft-lb. 121 in-lb is 10 ft-lb.
