hey ppl's here's a new topic for ya's.
before I left for Florida on my bike trip, I had a new front tire and front wheel bearings put on my bike, and just today I happened to notice that the left side of the front tire is starting to "feather edge". the rest of the tire is in excellent shape. is there any reason my new tire is doing this? it has only about 2,500 miles on it and it shouldn't have this kind of wear yet. there's no vibrations at any speeds, its perfectly balanced, and at 50mph, I can take my hands off the handlebars and it'll ride in a perfect straight line, no wandering or drifting. I have noticed that the bike leans to the left slightly when im riding straight. both side bags and the trunk have nothing in them to make the bike ride on an angle. is it possible that the front forks are not set evenly in the triple tree? any ideas?
