Postby mike82state » Sun Jan 18, 2015 7:37 pm

anyone replaced their saddle weatherstriping with somthing widely availible and not too much fiorce to put the lids on? I have to replace mine and wondering what to use that doesnt need much force to reinstall the lids. i dont want the lids to start cracking.hopefully looki g for somthing that fits over the lip and doesnt need to be glued on.

find a 1/4 or 3/8ths rubber hose that fits when split open, or search auto parts stores for window weather strips that might work.
HAD LOTS OF GOLDWING 75-83
