Oil in the rear air line

Post by ram11397 » Sat Jul 04, 2015 7:46 pm

Hi,
I was putting the false tank back on and the air hose that connects the compressor to the rear shocks. I noticed oil leaking out of hose is this normal? if not whats happened? the air shocks work ok worn out a little OME shocks and i am big guy so i normally have to adjust air and refill every 3-4 days (Release all air front and back and refill rear first then it rides great for 3-4 days.) squirted soapy water on all areas no leaks.

Oil often migrates up into that hose from the shock, As long as it's just a tiny bit, and not a steady stream you should be OK. You can check the oil level in the shock if you are worried about it being too low.
