Do I need to take the timing cover, etc. off to remove the right cylinder rocker box?
Thanks everyone!

simple answer is NO.

Remove the 4 valve cover 10mm bolts and remove the cover. :D

I think those four bolts you are speaking of are for the valve cover?
Instead of replacing the whole cylinder head I am trying to get away with just the RIGHT CYLINDER HEAD ROCKER ARM CAM HOLDER. It looks like just six bolts.
I am reading I need to remove the timing belt cover too?
There does not appear to be a gasket in there-no sealant at all?

If I remember correctly you can take the rocker assembly off w/o removing the timing belt cams/covers/belts. There is no gasket or sealer between the head and assembly but at each end there is a seal at the shaft

HAD LOTS OF GOLDWING 75-83
NOW INTO 1500'S..RIDING A 1998 SE

FAIR WINDS,
