The wires for the horn go through a lot of twists and turns I would check them. The other place I would check is under the seat. Old wires can crack and it only takes one.
All of those run off of a relay so I would go there next. After all of that I would come here and look for help:)
Under the "Manuals" heading there is a wiring schematic that might be of some help

When mine did that the horn wire was pinched by the radiator shroud, local garage did it when changing water pump. I do my own wrenching now thanks to this forum.

How about some more info. Have you had this problem awhile, did it just start, have you added or taken anything away from the bike, done repairs on some other area? Wired anything in ? changed bulbs? Have you cleaned the grounds, checked for spliced wires, bare wires grounding out? cleaned connections, sprayed the horn button and start and turn signals with contact cleaner? lets us know ....

Disconnect one device/circuit at a time until the fuse quits blowing. When it quits you have narrowed down your troubleshooting to one circuit. Then let the search begin.

If it is blowing the fuse when you hit the horn button, then yes, investigate the horn wiring.

If it blows the fuse the instant you turn the ignition on, then I would first investigate the tail light wiring.

Thanks guys you just saved me a weeks pay. :D I love the idea of a 60 year old riding a 32 year old but some times she does get expensive.
