Goldwing 1100 electrical pouch

Post by slowridetak59 » Tue Jul 14, 2015 8:41 am

Hi everyone, I have a quick question what is the electrical pouch used for on the gl1100? If seen them on eBay and was just curious what they were used for if I was to guess I would think it was to cover the electrics on the handlebars by the handgrip. Thanks for your time and be safe out there

I'm not sure! I did a search on eBay and found an item listed as "GL1100 Electrical Cover Pouch" but I have no idea what it is for, or where it would go.

No idea either.
It's not OEM, or it would have the Honda logo.
Looks like the scrapper didn't know what it was either, but didn't stop them from trying to make money off it.
I searched the fiche for an 82 and it's not there either.
It's never too late to have a happy childhood!

Actually- I have one on my bike. I just never thought about it much.
It holds all the wires together under the headlight.
Do you perchance have a Vetter faring? Maybe its something Vetter thought up. Regards, Johnny
