Turn signal & horn have quit

The blinkers & horn have quit. Actually when either is used the voltage on either side of the fuse goes from battery level to .9vdc. The other indication is that the turn signal you select bulbs go dark, so the running lights are working. The headlight switch portion works fine also. What's the common cause for both not working? Thanks!

Issue in the switch 1st choice, bad ground?
HAD LOTS OF GOLDWING 75-83
NOW INTO 1500'S..RIDING A 1998 SE

So far I've determined the turn signals, horn & both brake switches are affected. All running lights & headlamp high/low functions, work fine. Is that indicative of a bad turn/horn switch assembly?

replace the fuse................third one in..from the Ac tap
HAD LOTS OF GOLDWING 75-83
NOW INTO 1500'S..RIDING A 1998 SE

Fuse is fine. So is the blinker can. Both have already been replaced.

Turns out the issue was with the fuse. I carry a box of assorted fuse sizes & it seems that all the fuses reached end-of-life at the same time; along with some the ones already in the fuse panel. So replacing the fuse didn't change the problem. The fuse metal strips appear to have the zinc corrosion pot marks like the Lionel cast trains of the 20's-30's did. Some of the fuse end caps just fall off when you pick them up due to the corrosion. So upon quick glance they look okay, they'll pass 12vdc when meter checked, but add high resistance when you draw power. Replaced all with new Buss brand fuses & all's well now. The corroded fuses were not Buss made. Thanks for the help!
