There a few supercharger kits around. Ranndakk has dual carb manifolds that look like a dune buggy setup, I`m not sure if they are for 1000s or 1100s. I have a 4 into1 header (I don`t know who made it or when it was made). Beyond that try reducing weight, most hot rodders go for the cafe racer look. Check out Ranndakk site and Nakedgoldwing.com.

2weeks ago it was listed for $2000 and located in PA. Now was $4000 and located in DEL. No bids either time? Maybe scam?

There are cams; they are expensive regrinds on your cores (somewhere around $400)
There are springs and bigger valves; they aren't cheap either.
Porting and polishing (and any other head work) will be the easiest, but I would also do the rest for a high mileage engine.
An overbore will require a case split after removal from the bike.
There is different gearing (from an 83') for a slightly taller 4th and 5th, but you'll have to tear it down.
Intake and exhaust treatments have already been discussed on the forums.
Progressive and Superbrace can take care of the handling.
Randakk can take care of the braking, oiling, and fuel.
There's even a how-to for a hydraulic clutch conversion using later parts.

It just all depends how much you want to invest in a bike that's almost 30 years old. You'll never get back what you spend on it, other than enjoyment. The decision is yours. 8-)

Don't spook the road sheep.
