my running lights come on but as soon as I turn on my signals the front goes out
I changed the flasher still nothing fuse good
this is on both sides could it be the signal relay?

The front signal is supposed to go out when you turn that signal on. The lower-level filament goes out, and the higher-level filament flashes.

Being that you're not getting any flashing at all, the first thing I would check is the flasher, but you say you've checked this.

Try removing the flasher, and shorting out the contacts instead (if you have a three-prong flasher, ignore the ground pin, and short out the remaining two). This should cause the signal lights to come on steady without flashing when they are turned on.

Check your ground. Even though the running light goes out as designed, a bad ground will cause the same reaction, but the signal won't blink.

You have checked the bulb is okay (both filaments work)?
