My 1983 interstate 1100 goldwing run good till it warm upthen lose power and missout and die need to check spark how do I do that we think a coil is bad

It could be a coil, sounds possible.

Check to see if you are getting a spark from each plug. That may give you a bit more information. It will help you decide which side is bad because it may not be a coil at all and may be a spark unit. Seems to me that you would not get any spark at all if the spark unit is involved as it is an either-or type of part. Works or it don't unless, of course, a case of a loose wire somewhere. There are two coils and each supply spark to particular cylinders. I have a bike that ran with only three cylinders getting power. I take it that you are not overheating.
