I just took of my rear shocks which were the air suspension style. 1981 Goldwing. I cut the wire for the pressure sensor that goes to the idiot light on the speedometer. I did this when removing the air lines which run to the shocks. Will cutting that wire and taping it off hurt anything????? The shocks were replaced with a spring coilover style that has no air suspension at all. Thanks. ax7el34, Brian.

Ground the wire to the frame and then the air pressure warning light will function normally, as in going off after a second or two. Regards, Johnny
