Crankshaft will only turn 75% around.

I finally got it,, cams determine compression stroke after crank is turned to T1. I got first 4 valves adjusted. Everything went well until I tried to turn crank to set the other 4 valves. The crank will only turn 75% around then stops. I checked pulleys and belts, which were marked before I removed them. They are right as far as my original alignment marks go. I think I will remove belts again and start all over, unless someone has a better idea. Obviously I got something wrong this time. It seems that problem hinges on #4 exhaust.

A valve is hitting a piston. EVERYTHING has to be done as if you were operating on a person in a hospital.

Good Luck.
