Anybody know if this is junk? And if it will work with goldwings?

I don't know if they would work or not, someone a lot more technical will probably answer soon about that.
I just would be leery of putting on anything not made specifically for my Wing's brakes.

I haven't seen this before, but if the piston diameter and stroke is not the same as the OEM master cylinder, you're likely going to have problems - either too high a lever effort, or insufficient travel to fully engage the brakes.

Thanks for that tip. I would not have thought of that. I didn't look for those specs on OEM or aftermarket.

Randakk specifies a 14mm MC piston, and that's what those "junk" ones are. I'd say COMPATIBLE.

Randakk's recommends a 5/8' piston for dual front calipers which would give an area ratio of 11.46:1 The 14mm piston would have a ratio of 14.73:1 for dual calipers. The guy he quotes on that page recommends a ratio of 14:1 to 12:1.
The MC fits 7/8" bars and uses the same banjo bolt so you're good on that. Odds are the MC will work but I have no idea on the clutch lever.

Thanks guys! Randakks is a new one for me. Lots of good parts there.

You can't go wrong on Randall's parts or advice, especially on older bikes.
