Postby Kodiaksmoke » Fri Oct 02, 2015 12:42 am

Hey everybody new to forums period but recently purchased my goldwing and its my baby ..... I'm a daily rider commuting in Ca traffic. Really wanna get skinny during the week by taking off fairing and saddlebags but wanna get easy with light install and keep classic look ...... Any suggestions ???

Hi there Kodiaksmoke,
Welcome to the wonderful world of Goldwings. I am unable to assist you in sliming, (or slimming ;) ),but I am sure someone else will be able to assist. Enjoy your GW.

The world is not going to finish today, as it is already tomorrow in Australia and New Zealand, and other islands of foreign nations such as Guam and Samoa.

Welcome to Goldwing world...GWW?
I have a gl1100 standard with Vetter bags and (maybe markland) bars. I had the bags and bars off, and could roll it in a old building I have (36" wide door).
I put the bags and bars on, and then it's 40" wide....oh well.
It's not a easy on-easy off setup on my bike. A "get skinny" button on the bike sure would be nice, and for that matter, one on me as well (I can still fit in the door though  ).
My exercise bike is a goldwing.
