You guys have been really helpful. In that vain, treat rubber, with Pure Glycerin, It really preserves it. I learned this a long time ago when building rubber band powered airplanes. Ya just rub it on an leave it. If ya look at the pics you can tell which was treated and which was not.. I got my bottle of the stuff, back when Hitler was a corporal, it lasts a long time. I think I got the bottle from a pharmacy. Also,,the orange can is Aerokroils rust penetrate, The handsdown absolute BEST. rust breaker there is. I order mine from Tennessee. worth every penny, PB Blaster is junk, dont waste your $$..
