Turn flasher

Post by Lmb66 » Sat Nov 07, 2015 8:15 pm

I'm seeing posts that turn flasher is in false tank on left side. Don't see it. '82 Aspy

You may need to remove the tank shelter to access the flasher unit, on my GL1100 it was just in front of the regulator/rectifier, and held in with a rubber mount, if the mount has broken it could be dangling down where you cannot see it.

I agree with Aussie. You have to take the false tank off of the bike and it's on the left hand side up front just like Aussie said.
Thanks to all who answer and help. It is greatly appreciated!

Well you nailed it! Right where you said it was. Not even in the rubber mount. No ground on it.
I have flashers now :) Thanks

woo hoo glad you got it sorted, make sure it is mounted securely - you can then get to it a lot easier through the top of the shelter if needed.
