Rear air shocks have oil?

Postby fishnquest » Thu Aug 05, 2010 11:40 pm

When I let the air out of the rear shocks, a light oil came out. Seemed like a fair amount to me, I mean it was enough to coat the tips of two fingers. Is this normal? Thanks for the help and great site.

Wow. 12.5 oz. I had no idea. I'm glad I did not break the lines apart. If I ever get to the point where I want to change a shock, I may be back with a "how-to" question  . Thanks for the help.
