to me, by the way the last pic shows, taking into account the rear stop/tail/turn signals, it looks like someone is/was trying to turn a standard wing into a interstate or aspencade by adding the trunk and front fairing onto the frame, but left the saddlebags off of it.

No, saddlebagS were taken off cause of leaking. That's what I'm looking into buying, plus a radio. It has speakers. But I don't think it has the air ride suspension. It has a light on speedodmeter that is red,and say slow to 50 if air is low. I really love this bike and I'm trying to make it nicer. Thanks for your help.
Greatly appreciated.

From what I can see its a 1983 with the cast rear wheel and the 150 mph speedo. I think if it was an Aspencade there would be an air pressure gauge in the lower right farring. It has the rear tail/turn assembly of the standard model and it was possible to order an Interstate with the factory sound system. Also an 83 would have the O/D indicator light not one for low air pressure. Could be anything, its hard to tell without knowing the vin number.

Look on your saddlebags if the factory emblems are still on it they will say inter. or aspy. Your taillight and turn signals are from a standard.Maybe another
FRANKENBIKE  Not bad just sayin!
BTW how do the air shocks fill? 82 Aspy has a air pump in the tank shelter Interstate doesn't. But you have cast wheels from a 83.Look on the steering neck left side for sticker with vin# that will tell you the year and other info.

As he stated the bike and title are not available./
He wants to buy parts where he is at.

Guessing I would say an interstate. Does look like a frakenbike though.

Most of the interstate and aspy are interchangeable but not all.

Don't know what he's trying to buy but all the parts are the same..except the things added to make a interstate into Aspy like cb, radio, speakers, accessories etc. no engine or carb differences, bags and lights all the same..just emblems and paint different. If I remember correctly.
