Timing belt and tensioner spring p/ns for a '83 GL1100?

Postby chrisz » Wed Jun 22, 2016 6:06 pm

Hi,

Can someone post the timing belt p/ns for the GL1100 and also the tensioner springs p/n. Napa/Gates brands are fine.

I did see some earlier p/ns posted but for an earlier GL1000, but I'm not sure if they are interchangeable.

Thanks,
Chris...

They are the same. You'll find those part numbers (and MANY MANY others) in the reference forum, in this posting: Cross-Reference part numbers

Thank you, good information. How about the tensioner springs? Didn't see those listed, Mother Honda?

Definitely. They are used for setting tension, which is critical, so they need to be the correct length and springiness.
