outlet in false tank

i have a strange question ihave what appears to be a 2 pronge outlet under the lids of my false tank right next to the gas cap any ideas as to what it is for thanks in advance

Nope, not a standard plug for a battery maintainer. Follow that lamp cord attached to it and see where it goes.

Almost looks like someone installed a 110VAC inverter in there! Curious as to where that wire leads...

I followed the wires they stoped by the coolant tank they were cut off there in well thanks guys for the looksee
