Linked brakes line routing

Postby zbird » Sat Jul 30, 2016 1:47 pm

I'm working on getting my '83 out of boxes and on to a frame. Can't figure out where the proportioning valve mounts along with the lines going to the front. I have searched for images of it but can't find any. Any help would be appreciated.

Trying to remember but I THINK the valve is mounted just forward of the rear master and down a bit..it's in that general location for sure..just below the triangular frame hanger. There should be metal lines if you hook output up to the master it should show you exactly where the valve should be mounted...

I found out today the proportion valve mounts on the opposite side as the rear master. It shares the mount with the gas over flow canister, the lines all fit that way. Now I have to figure out the line and mounting points for the front caliper. What a hassle those lines are!
