linked brakes?

Apoligies for a stupid question. My gl 1100 was manufactured in 1982 so would it have linked brakes . (How do you tell)

Just the 83 had linked brakes. There is a distribution valve on the kick stand side mounted near swing arm. Also the presence of steel lines coming out from it and going to the rear master

Trace the front brake hoses from the callipers they will go into a pipe splitter fitted to the steering yoke then up to the front brake lever if not linked. or put the bike on the centre stand press the rear peddle then get some one to try and turn the front wheel
