"Good running" 1980 Goldwing

So I picked up a 1980 Goldwing 1100 in 10/14. Decided it would be a two year project. I have owned 1200 in the past and decided to find a new hobby. It is a standard with a full vetter package added. It also was manufactured in 9/79 in Tokyo Japan. Some of the things I have done, new headbgaskets and valve covers. New belts and timing covers. New branded brake lines back and front, new levers, and new brake calipers and shoes. New mirrors, rebuilt rear master cyclinder, new rear shorty shocks. Accell coils and wires, adjusted valves and in the midst of a single carb conversion. Probably missed some things there. I have 2 sets on carbs, 1 reset. If I can't get this right they go back on. Not sure about valve but I am sure a am upside down, but hey, it's a hobby.
