air compressor

Postby bigguy » Fri Sep 02, 2016 7:22 am

I have an 82 Aspy. I gave this bike to a good mechanic to have throttle cables installed. I usually do my own work, but I didn't want to tackle this. Now the compressor runs, but will not pump. There is a plug coming off the compressor that is not plugged in to anything. Does anyone know where this plug plugs into, thanks.

have a close look at the air lines coming from the rear shocks & front forks that join up and come to the compressor, shouldn't be too hard to trace, prob something (disconnected?) obvious not right

you could also use a soapy spray bottle to find leaks, could be a nicked line

i'd also run it by the mech, he may know right away
