Mixmatched Carb bodies 81/83?

I picked up a 1981 Gl1100 for dirt cheap and was able to ride it home last spring and am just tearing into what is going to be quite a protect. Anyways my question here is that I was going thru and doing a thorough carb clean/rebuild with randaak's kit and learned of the pressed in idle jets that the 81 has. Except! The #2 carb has a threaded idle jet?! Obvious someone switched out that carb for one of the next few years where they were threaded. I was able to remove all the jets and clean all the gunk/ultrasonic them to perfection. But will there be any issue with having one carb from an 83 in that bank? I know different years have different mixture screw specs and such. Am I going to need to track down a new carb body/jets? Thanks y'all, first post here! This place is great!

You should be OK....
HAD LOTS OF GOLDWING 75-83
NOW INTO 1500'S..RIDING A 1998 SE
