It depends on when you measure..highest and widest points or average? widest are the handle bars..highest the windscreen

Another user mentioned that the 1100 is 94.5 inches long. The height is going to depend entirely on the top of windshield fitted - few Goldwings still have their original windshields. You're probably best asking the seller for this information.

I've bought two of these antennas from Sierra-MC (yes, two, don't ask). It says that they're for the GL1200, but they work perfectly on my GL1100.

Hello everyone i now have 3000 mile on my bike :D
But i do have two questions:

1. When i put my fuel switch to reserve with the fuel hole off, fuel don't come out. when it's between off and reserve i get fuel, but with a full tank of gas with the switch between off and reserve the bike cut off on the highway. the bike went about two miles before it cut off. What's wrong? I put it back to open and bike was fine.

2. My radio comes on but now i can't change stations. HELP

THANKS TO EVERYONE THAT HELPED ME, I'M A RIDER NOW AND LOVING IT :D

1. Not quite sure what you're asking - if the fuel petcock is pointing down, it's on the main sump. If it's pointing up, it's on the reserve sump. If it's pointing toward the front of the bike, it's off, and yes, your bike will die from fuel starvation.

On (main sump):

2. This is a fairly common failure mode for these old radios, and the only people who can still fix it is Sierra Electronics.

Hello all, now I have 4,687 miles on my bike :D
What i'm was trying to say was the when i'm in reserve no fuel flow, but when i'm between off and reserve fuel flows.
Question: if i'm traveling at 70 to 80 mph with a full tank, should I get more then 100 miles.
If yes what could be the problem?

No fuel will flow out of the tank once it's below 1/2..or so; gravity won't do it alone. 100 miles on 4 gallons is only 25 mpg should be getting 40..at least 35. The petcock is just a "C" shape groove the lines up the ports inside..turn it halfway may let fuel flow from main port.
