Re-ringing gl1100i,need torque for rod caps,case bolts,etc.Can only find torque for heads and covers.14 hours prep time,I ready to re-assemble.2 seized roller bearings,3 broken valve springs,water pump bearings replaced(i'll never do that again).8 hours at the carbs.Painted and polished.Lock and load,I'ts riding weather.Thanks

No service manual.Using old school common sense.My best remembering is 20fp for rod cap,.01in ring end gap,Don' know the large bolt torque for the case.

Rod end caps are 23 ft-lb.

Engine case bolts:
10mm: 25 ft-lb
8mm: 20 ft-lb
6mm: 9 ft-lb

Connecting rod nuts: 23 ft-lb
Center main bearing cap bolts: 51 ft-lb
No 1 and 3 main bearing cap bolts: 36 ft-lb
Vacuum advance mounting bolts: 7 ft-lb

The information is much appreciated.Now comes the fun part.Re-assembly.Just got to remember,clean,clean,clean,and double check everything,measure twice and cut once(wait,i think that was for the bird house).Just refreshing a gl1100i with 157k miles.Still had 120lb compression.
