DO ANYONE KNOW HOW TO REPLACE THE PRESSURE VALVE ON THE FRONT AND REAR BRAKES?

Do you mean bleeder valve?
HAD LOTS OF GOLDWING 75-83
NOW INTO 1500'S..RIDING A 1998 SE

No! the proposition valve the valve for the front and rear pressure for brakes

You unscrew everything attached, and replace in reverse order, as per Haynes. Then bleed the brakes.
Or is there more to your query?

Got it, the proportioning valve for the linked brake calipers. Yep take the hosed off and then back on..with a new unit??

Do I have to take off the rear tire and the gas tank off?

No you don't. You can access it from the left side.
