Converting GL1100 Interstate to Aspencade

I have a 1983 GL1100 interstate I would like to convert the frontend to Aspencade is this possible?

Well...they are the same frame and engine.
So I would venture that it is possible to mount it.
The electrical wiring... isn't the aspy a digital display?

Thanks for your response, I think I may be asking the wrong question. What I would like to do is covert the front end to a standard looking bike without the dashboard, radio, etc. Just with forks handlebars, mirrors, headlights and controls. Is there a frontend that would work on the GL1100. I'm not sure I know the difference between the interstate and the Aspencade.

Yes it's doable..just remove everything you don't want and buy the parts you need headlight, turn signals, ears etc. the only real issue is the weight/wire box under the fairing..hard to hide all those wires once the box is gone. Go look at a standard on line..pic etc. to see what there..

What yoiu are doing is changing an interstate into a standard
