Front brakes

Post by Rockydog » Fri Oct 27, 2017 12:57 pm

I have a 1982 goldwing standard. The outer 1/8" of the brake pad is out beyond the rotor. I know the rotors are original, but the calipers have been replaced. Whats wrong?? Seems like the rotors are to small in diameter. Any info would be greatly appreciated.

Measure the rotors.
I have a few '83 Aspys: I'll measure them. That might be the issue - you have '83 calipers.

Cosmo

P.S. '83 Aspy rotors measure at 300mm, or about 11 1/2 inches.

I'm not sure they're different.
