Thanks for realy, Maz. Luckily I have a donor carb assembly on the way. Hoping floats there are untouched...😊

Here's the link to the relevant page on Randakks site.http://www.randakksblog.com/floats-101/
As it states, this is for the GL1000 but essentially, the GL1100 only differs by having a 15.5mm float height, instead of 21mm for the GL1000. If you scroll down the page, you'll see floats in a MUCH worse state than yours!

Finished the 1 and 3 assembly. But one o-ring leftover. I have gone thru every possibility but cant find a place for it. There was one ekstra in the float bowl. One in air shuttoff valve. Am i missing one? Anybody?

Here's the list of 'O' rings in Randakks kit. If you read the bottom line, this may be the one you have left over.
Maz

4 - Fuel (idle) mixture screw (2.8 x 1.1 mm)
4 - Float bowl drain screw (4.8 x 1.9 mm)
4 - Large carb-to-plenum (air) O-ring (53.1 x 2.0 mm)
4 - Intake manifold (40.0 x 2.6 mm)
4 - CV Slide Top Limit Plug (6.9 x 1.3 mm)
4 - Accelerator Pump Fuel Circuit Cross Tube - (2.8 x 1.3 mm)
4 - Main Fuel Circuit Cross Tube - (5.8 x 2.0 mm)
2 - Main Fuel Inlet Hose Barb (5.8 x 2.0 mm)
1 - Carb #3 accelerator pump passage at float bowl (5.0 x 1.3 mm) This is a "spare"...the accelerator pump kit also contains this O-ring

The mystery o ring are hopefully a spare. Finished putting the pairs back together. Nr. 4 was pretty quick assembled after practicing on the other 3. Good feeling! Next is joining the halves and hook everything up.

Can it be for the accelerator pump this o ring?. It fits below the diaphragm. And there is a ring in the picture from the manual. What to do?

Cosmobiker,
See my previous reply listing all of the 'O'rings and sizes. This will help you identify it.

Yes, I got that in mind. But whats been bothering me is that I dont remember where it came from. Did I empty the bag with o ring from Randakk in my container or did it come from the carb. I got my donor carbs today and will check out nr.3 on that one.
From what ive read Im thinking better check my fuel pump before it sends contamination into the clean carbs. :)

Ok. After a severe case of manflu, Im now back on my feet.😊
Thinking everything is in right place on carbs.
Got my donor carbs and the floats were fine. So my original set is now almost read for testing.
Of course 30cm of snow overnight.
Got a new used seat also that seemes to give me more space.
