Replace rear pillion foot rest rubbers

Hi all,
I have an 1981 interstate, trying to replace the rubbers on the pillion pegs. I've taken the screw out of the end stop, but get the plate off. Any help appriciated

If OEM pegs..should just pull/pop off..try a little heat?? more pressure..cut teh rubber from the top and remove the whole thing?? look at a parts pic from a dealer site like western Honda??

Thanks mate got it sorted. I pulled out the mounting pin, they slid off. Cheers Mark
