Can anyone please tell me what size of speakers are in my 1100a aspencade, i would measure them but im not where the bike is and i would like to order new ones, are they like 5 inch or what, thanks

do a search on "POLK" in this forum all teh info yoiu need will appear.
HAD LOTS OF GOLDWING 75-83
NOW INTO 1500'S..RIDING A 1998 SE

i have been doing a lot of reading here and from what i read you guys think the polk speakers are the best, DB401 4 inch is what i would need for my gl1100a i think, i have been looking at the jbl gto 429 speakers also but im not sure the will fit they are 4 inch also but they look thicker than the polk. Do you all think i should just go with the polk and forget the jbl , gto 429 ones, thanks

just make sure what ever you decide that the speakers are marine grade
I just installed some Polk speakers and I will jump on the bandwagon of,,, they are great speakers.
